This Agency Partner Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between PartnerHub Corp ("Company") and the entity applying for the program ("Agency"). By submitting an application or participating in the PartnerHub Agency Program, the Agency agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
The Agency represents that it has the full legal authority to enter into this Agreement. Acceptance occurs upon the digital submission of the partner application form and subsequent approval by the PartnerHub compliance team.
PartnerHub reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the email address provided in the Agency's profile at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date.
Agencies must represent PartnerHub products with high integrity and technical accuracy at all times.
Adherence to all local advertising laws and anti-spam regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) is mandatory.
The Agency shall not make false or misleading statements regarding the Company's capabilities, pricing, or service level agreements. Any specialized marketing materials must receive prior written approval from the PartnerHub brand department.

The Agency shall not make false or misleading statements regarding the Company's capabilities, pricing, or service level agreements. Any specialized marketing materials must receive prior written approval from the PartnerHub brand department.
During the term of this Agreement, the Company grants the Agency a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the PartnerHub trademarks and logos solely for the purpose of promoting the Partner Program.
All goodwill generated through the Agency’s use of the Company’s trademarks shall inure to the benefit of the Company. The Agency shall not register any domain names or social media handles that include “PartnerHub” or any confusingly similar variations.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing seven (7) days’ written notice to the other party.
Immediate termination for cause may occur if the Agency violates compliance policies, engages in fraudulent activities, or brings the PartnerHub brand into disrepute. Upon termination, the Agency must immediately cease all use of Company IP and remove all affiliate links.
